Stefan was born in Germany, grew up in Scandinavia and lived and traveled throughout the world. He was always fascinated by observing people and their behavior. He soon realized that art is an individual expression to understand cultural diversity, their differences and similarities. His works reflect and combine the academic approach of a cultural anthropologist with the expression of an artist. In other words, he synthesizes the rational and the irrational side of life.
